I have the Go 7 (black and white), purchased about a month ago.
1) battery life: I read about two hours a day with Koreader, backlight off, wifi and bluetooth off. I charge the device up to 80% and recharge when it gets down to 20%. I can go about a week between charges.
2) I haven’t accidentally turned pages in the wrong direction with the buttons. (In general, no issues with the buttons that I’ve noticed.)
