0.5.49 is out. Two changes, both for reading with the translation model switched off.
Dictionaries are asked in the language of your pair first. If they do not know the selected word and the page is in another language, a dictionary of that language is asked as well, when one is installed. This works on sites whose interface is in one language and content in another - Mastodon with a Polish interface and English posts, for example - and on pages in a language other than the pair's: an English word finds the English dictionaries, a Polish word on a Polish page finds the Polish ones. The "No dictionary for ... yet" line names the language of the pair, "Will be saved under ..." is shown only when a dictionary of another language knew the word, and the speaker reads a word in the language of the dictionary that knew it. A longer selection is read in the language of the pair.
"Looking it up..." is shown while the dictionaries are being asked, the same way "Translating..." is shown with a model.
