The sample shows the site still needs work. The front ToC does not work at all. The ToC for the individual articles takes you tot he site, not the articles in the PDF. What we have is a ToC in the form of PDF.

This really needs to be redone so you have the articles in the PDF and not external. Otherwise, it would be easier to go to the site directly.

Nobody will pay for a glorified ToC.
