Published a minor update fixing some annoyances I found in the new version.

Minor bug fixes and improvements.
- Improved performance when opening a book.
- Now shows progress while deleting book sources, so that it doesn't look like nothing happens.
- Made it easier to hit what you want to hit with the text selection inside the reader, and improved performance while dragging it around.
- Fixed cached images from remote book sources not being refreshed when image conversion settings were changed.
