Not to my knowledge. The current code is too old (the forum predates smartphones) and apparently the owner doesn't have the resources to build an entire new site. Mind, that's only speculation on my part, I don't know the owner personally. It's just what has been mentioned here over the years.
It IS a bit ironic that a website dedicated to reading on mobile devices has no mobile-friendly version.
Some members use Tapatalk.
