Hmm, not a very fan of the builtin Toolbars button.

As I already say to Kovid in a private exchange, is great for development purposes that require command line to be run, but I want drawing a line to display a bouton of it, there it realy fall in plugin domain. It's way too far from Calibre.
Okay, it would technicaly a opt-in freature, but even so, it a way to far to be in the builtin Toolbars buttons list in my opinion.

So, what I propose is that the main code remain in Calibre, but everything related to the toolbar button and InterfaceAction code should be put into a real plugin with the short description "Add a toolbar button for the CYOA developement feature."

It would be the best compromise for me.
