I tried the Redditor's suggested method just to see if there were any ghost books on my Clara BW. Yes, there were 11 ghost books, all listed under title, author, date, size and collections. Size was 0 bytes in all cases. Most amusing. And now removed via Calibre. Is it the same set of authors on every Clara BW?

I did this for my Libra 2 and there are 14 ghost books on it. Different books than those on the Clara BW, except the Pride and Prejudice audiobook. The dates are all after I bought the Libra 2. Most curious of all is the audiobook, "Return to Breakneck Island" by Tom Ryan which is from 05 Oct 2026, one day before the expected release date of the book. My Libra 2 apparently time travels. The firmware update 4.38.23697 also changed my affiliate.conf file. I suspect that it is the source of some of the ghost books. I wonder what other sneakiness it got up to?
