Thank you for the tip. I did, however, fix it before I saw your post, so I don't know whether that would also have done it.

There is, though, a difference here in the two scenarios, mine and what ca_falla is discussing. He's claiming actual installed books, whereas what I was seeing was only series and authors.

Anyway, moot point now. I do wonder, though, why Kobo would load those.
