Yes, a couple of separate libraries is fine, but if one has a "ton" of different libraries (like the OP has said in other threads) and has to constantly copy books between them and find duplicates, then it would make much more sense to use virtual libraries. Otherwise you'll be wasting most of your time on keeping control over them all, when you could use that time to improve the quality of your main library. Having lots of different physical libraries is ineffective.
