Just what do you think a line number of -1 means, Jon? There is no bug in Doitsu's plugin. If you'd rather Epubcheck didn't use -1 to indicate no line number (or column number), take your complaint upstream to epubcheck itself. But I don't recommend it. Using -1 for an undefined value is pretty standard practice. Or perhaps you think calibre should interpret a line number of -1 differently??
