If nothing else, try the Aura E2 V2 image. It won't hurt the device. If you have tried both, then it's very likely to be a hardware issue and beyond economic repair.

I found it! No clue why I didn't see it before. It was on the side. Thanks. And it should be the other firmware... because I have the other version. I will go try that now. Thanks!
