Some third party apps won't work because they need google play. Well, there are enough apps that can replace such badly written apps.
That may not be really "degoogled" but it's enough for my needs.

Wireless Emergency alerts is required by FCC law to be included.
This make sense, since the 'Emergency Broadcast System only works on Radio and Over the Air TV " (Cable companies must preempt content when the network alert trips)
