Thanks for both of these. They are ours, not calibre's, and both are fixed in 1.4.1, which is up now.

The toolbar one was the plugin writing itself into action-layout-toolbar on first run, regardless of what you had chosen. That is why you got it in both places. The code is gone and it never touches your toolbar layout again. An entry it already added stays where it is, so removing it from the main toolbar now sticks.

Worth noting for anyone updating rather than installing fresh: calibre only offers the placement question on a first install, so an update lands nowhere and has to be added from Preferences, Toolbars and menus by hand.

On the label, you were right to expect two lines. The button text was "Seekquel", a single word, so it had nothing to wrap on. It is "Seekquel Sync" now. The icon itself was loading fine, it is just that Icon size set to Off draws text only, so the label was the whole of what you were seeing.

One correction to the index entry I sent you. The version is 1.4.1, not 1.3.0. 1.4.0 was tagged but never released, so the release page only carried 1.3.0 until today.
