Yeah, I caught that jpg vs png eventually, but adding in the path to the image within the Calibre directory did no good.

I found a more recent example of a plugin for a new device and saw that the author had simply placed the png file in the root of the zip. I also tried that, but it's still not showing up.

Perhaps there is a size constraint? I made my image the same size (pixel-wise) as the nook.png within the Calibre program. But that does not seem to have helped :-(
