Vellum also uses a bunch of messy, worthless divs for the header. Plus the Amazon media queries it uses are all wrong.

Vellum is the reason to use a Windows computer to create eBooks. Vellum is Mac only. In Windows, it's best to use calibre and/or Sigil.
