I've downloaded your image and attached it to this message using the Paperclip tool. You will notice that you see a thumbnail which takes up far less screen space. Clicking on the thumbnail will all viewing the full size image. You do need to be in advanced mode to see the Paperclip tool or the Attach Files/Manage Attachements button.
