If you still get to the setup, you should be able to do a factory reset.
  1. Charge your eReader for at least 1 hour.
    Make sure you have access to a Wi Fi connection.
  2. If possible, turn off your eReader.
  3. If you don't see Powered Off on the screen, hold the power button to the right for 30 seconds
  4. Press and hold the light button.
  5. While holding the light button, slide the power button to the right several times to turn on your eReader.
  6. Continue holding the light button and wait until the power light blinks rapidly (discoing).
  7. Let go of the light button.
  8. You'll see a Restoring message on the screen.
