I guess I am just going to have to give up. It has now been almost 2 days and I have not gotten an OTP code for registering and I have not received a reply from Byte Books to my email. Fortunately someone posted that Calibre will do the same download as ADE. I will have to see.

Thanks for the information If I ever hear from Byte Books I will try again and post the results, but it seems pointless if I can not get a response from Byte Books.
