If you can get the old Nook for Windows app to install in Windows 11, it still works. I have been able to get my BN books into Calibre. However, the app is not offered in the Windows store. Someone here posted a link and instructions to use Windows 11, but I cannot find that post now. It is a bit of a pain but you can get it to work.
