Thanks for this, looking forward trying it (but I do not mind at all using Send To Kindle).

It should also work with newer non-Scribe Kindles or side loading to Kindle apps that allow side loading.

Of course there is use case to export back to PDF with annotations converted to PDF annotations for any print replica document (Kindle Share/export doesn't do this). Wish I had time to work on it.
