If not, then that fix should be enough. If so, then we still need to get some sort of changed yes/no message box working for Tahoe.

I'd never come across that problem before on the MacBook on any dialogs.
To be honest, I've never previously used the tool to generate an htmlTOC. All my books have author made Contents. On this occasion I was verifying what happened before helping another author with her htmlToC.
Just now, I've checked all the 'tools' including epub3 tools on the MacBook and the only one which has this dialog problem is the generate htmlTOC tool.
