Hello!

A blast from the past: I have an original 2014 H2O which has worked perfectly until it locked up while deleting 7GB of books from its SD card and now no longer boots, either with or without the SD card installed. I've tried all the reset/factory reset methods (including the one that involves frantically tapping at the bottom corners of the screen) to no avail, and my last resort is to reflash it. Any images or other help gratefully received.
