I used Perplexity AI to update the plugin to add what I needed, checking for ids of the same name used in multiple files. Seems to work plus some initial attempt to add some checking for ids that maybe should not be removed.

I haven't had a chance to review the code but it seems to work and results pass epubcheck so far.
