Great idea, and thank you for the heads-up!
The option to append to comments was a simpler approach I chose to implement, but indeed a long text dedicated column looks more fitting.
I have .MD format set for data files, and EPUB for the summaries added to library. This choice was made mostly for testing purposes but I'll probably keep it...
