I thought that got fixed a while back. Are you using the most current version of Sigil? If so, then that is a bug and I will look into getting it fixed.

That was reported back in the Sigil 2.4 timeframe and the fix was made in Sigil 2.5.0 according to our change log.

What exact version of Sigil are you using? Was that altimg link broken or incorrect **BEFORE** doing the restructure as Sigil can not update broken links?

If you have a version saved before the restructure, please try running epubcheck on that to verify the before restructure link is fully correct as case inconsistencies matter for links even though Windows will still show an image.
