I'm reading some from Epic/Marvel, (well, when I'd bought the Pocketbook Color 3 it was fullfilled of comics); there are some on Internet Archive, also (not sure if I can say that here).
Some are on ebay cheap, then there are others that are super-overpriced both on ebay or Amazon (like 800$?).
Glad that you like it ! I have no words to say how great he is.
We luckily have those collections on the physical public library, too, probably searching on those nearby yours may work also.
Oh yeah, I've kinda given up on tracking any down. I think whoever owned Heavy Metal magazine commissioned a bunch of Moebius translations back in the day, and my guess is they're the ones who own the rights, hence why we've not seen any digital or re-releases. I found a bunch of them uploaded to The Internet Archive, so, that'll have to be what I use for the foreseeable future. It's just frustrating when you search for him on Amazon and see "Arzach USA"...in French.

I happened to visit Paris this past year and picked up several hardcover Moebius volumes for myself and family while I was browsing a local comic shop. That at least makes me feel better about the piracy.

EDIT: Nope, I guess I should've read the Wiki article. It's those "Collected Fantasies of Jean Giraud" under the Epic/Marvel Imprint...which makes me even more annoyed because Marvel should still have the rights to those and could release them digitally if they wanted to!
