They also included a link to decline the fee and have them remove all of my stories. I used to say I was saving up my earnings to buy a large coffee at Starbucks. In fact, I've been able to buy a couple, but not enough to cover the fees. They had my stories removed in just a day or two. Anyone who bought any of my stories can still find them in their Library, but new customers won't find any.
I have a couple of stories at Amazon, but I was never thrilled with them. I suppose I'll upload the rest of them soon.
