I love the buttons. I find holding the reader by the wedge and using the buttons to turn pages very comfortable.

I would not buy an ereader without buttons. I've used them since the forma and would not go back to no buttons.

I tend to sleep wearing cotton gloves (with lots of hand cream) so the buttons work well for me rather than using a touchscreen when reading in bed.

I wish the Kobo firmware would let me enable both buttons turn to the next page in the options somewhere. It would be a small change that would make a difference. I miss that patch and I'm not changing firmware until I absolutely have to.
