Something is going on. Couple weeks ago I ordered 2 basket liners for my mobility scooters. 1st came in 48 hours from AZ Brand New! 2ed took 2 weeks to arrive from CA IS USED! No I did not order used Paid for New got used... They Amazon has yet to make it right.
