On Windows 10/11, windows can also be closed with:
- Alt+Space,C,
- Alt+F4,
- from the taskbar
- via Winkey+T, AppMenuKey,
- addons that enable close on taskbar icon middle button click
No matter how you close it, Sigil itself responds exactly the same if you haven't Saved - a message and three buttons Save, Discard and Cancel. Ideally Sigil plugins that Save data should do the same.
