Ebooks.
I do still like a very occasional (like once a year) good quality hardcover (creamy paper, generous font size, spacing and margins, binding that doesn’t fall apart, nice cover art). I avoid paperbacks whenever possible (disliked them a great deal before ebooks were a thing).
I don’t do audiobooks at all.
