Have any of you had any interaction with Pocketbook (the company) and specifically their support? I have seen some strange and disturbing behavior with my Era color, and wanted to see if it was an actual issue. I have seen things like:
- While playing the built-in Klondike, the entire reader rebooted (happened on a couple of occasions);
- How quickly the battery drains, especially when using text-to-speech (find myself charging almost every day);
- After charging overnight,having to hold the power button for nearly a minute before the device would power back on, after trying to turn it on 3 or 4 times.
The latter just happened to me today, 10 or 15 minutes ago. So I wanted to know if any of you fine folks have had dealings with pocketbook the company...
