Colour can be a useful way to differentiate different kinds of highlight while reading and I am curious to know if the colour of a highlight is recorded in the clippings.txt file.

Of course, that's just a text file so it has no colour itself but maybe Kindle uses a text label ('red', 'blue', etc.) to indicate what colour was used for that highlight? Or something similar?

I am curious to know as it could clinch my decision to buy a Coloursoft.

Do let me know. Thanks.
No Highlight attributes (Color or Style) are recorded in My Clippings.
