Would it be possible to do a cleanup when the plugin is finished? When you startup Calibre a temp folder is created and then left behind when you shutdown Calibre. I just found about 6 months worth of temp folders in \AppData\Local\Temp\ The folder created has com.bookfere.Calibre.EbookTranslator in the temp folder. I wouldn't have to remember to go and do a cleanup.
