I think I found a problem with automatically set page list entries from scanned book page numbers:
Most books have their page numbers at the bottom of the pages, as the last part of the named page. That would mean, a number "5" scanned at the bottom of a page would require an entry "6" in the page list, since the entry should mark the beginning of page 6.
Could that n+1 be done automatically? I failed with that so far.
