Definitely, i used both firmware and patch with the same version. It did it as last solution to access the patch and see if modifying the padding of the header was possible. Unfortunatelly, it is not. That is why, I am asking if someone as a coding solution to solve the continuous phantom hit of wifi and battery icons? (I have same issue with koreader/nickel menu, it hits the top menu)
