Okay, so I have now had problems with four Kobo US price-matches. I haven't even gotten the "we'll pick up your ticket soon" email for any of them.

I have sent an email directly to Kobo help, after the first three, which were in pretty quick succession, and they came back and suggested trying a different browser. Which I did a couple of days later, when I had a price-match I wanted. And that one also never even got the "ticket soon" email.

So I've now emailed back and told them that the different browser thing didn't work, and waiting for a response.

And I've had the same thing happen with one price-match for my alternate Kobo UK account, but haven't started trying to address that singleton yet.

Has anyone else had this issue - not with a rejection of the request, but with the submissions apparently not even getting submitted?
