Thank you for your help. That was a very useful hint.
I don't have anything special in accessibility settings. Option + ⌘ + F5 (Accessibility Shortcuts panel)- > nothing selected.
So i went to disable third-party apps using Accessibility one by one.
�� After turning off alt-tab.app calibre starts in 2 seconds.
So i'll just disable alt-tab for now.
Very not obvious issue.
