On play.google.com Calibre Sync shows "Updated on Apr 5, 2026", and looking at my phone and tablet both show version 6.7.2.
Probably coincidentally, the copy I have on my tablet has a few issues (unable to start a reader, not showing most recent books) so I'll reinstall CS, resynchronize - and be back here if either issue persists. It's probably a user-is-an-idiot issue. I have a lot of moving parts as I keep a full copy of my library on each device and use the app 'Folder Sync' to keep them in sync so ther's definitely latitude for user error
