The built in dictionary ode is more for the English native speakers while the oald10 is for the learners whose learn English as secondary language.
The main difference I think is the lack of IPA (international phonetic alphabets).and many more.
Found the oald version 8 or 9 for kindle. The closed system in kindle really drives me mad.
