I assume this is in the 'file browser' pane. (or the TOC editor) .
I never found the Windows way , now I am using Linux and am getting used to the Default (choice) button 'Not selected'
A Move ITEM to list Bottom or Top would be really handy for books with over 20 entries in those lists
