1) MR normally does not close valid (not spam or in violation of guidelines) threads.
Moderators (see list at bottom of the main forum level) can move , in case you posted wrong place (or delete if really necessary). Just PM one of them . Some of us are more active than others
You really don't want the other way to get deleted (that is a COMPLETE delete = 'banned' )
