It's not really possible. Don't try to modify the /lib/libc.so, it will brick your Kindle!
And old libc versions are the most annoying part of Kindle development, you can believe me.
Where did you get the Midori browser?
If your Kindle is below 5.16.2, you can try an older version from this forum.
Otherwise you might try to copy a newer libc library that's compatible with the kindle in the midori folder and run LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. ./midori
(but it's not guaranteed that it will work)
