Hi there,

i found several posts about this "database disk image is malformed" on Kobo devices. The most often hint is to logout from the local, on the Kobo reader, account and again sign in.

My Wife dosent use a kobo account on the devices she use.

Is there a way to "repair" the database without a kobo acount AND without the Kobo utilities plugin for Calibre?

The local device shows 123 books, connected via us to my linux box, the filebrowser shows 134 directories.
