One last note....yes it is Calibre I am using and have always used for books other then Audiobooks.
It wasn't till a computer crash that I found out the hard way that you couldn't simply put the old library into the correct folder and hit refresh and calibre would simply add the books back into the db similar to other media databases.
All my books are stored on an external hard drive but calibre was installed on the local drive.
