FYI, pulled in latest translation updates from Transifex up to today (my ClipsWindow change was line number neutral so as to not throw off any line numbers to force another base.ts update).
Checked their diffs and in all cases, they all looked good.
So we should be good to go for translations unless another bug comes up requiring significant modifications to a file that contains strings to be translated.
I have also bumped the Sigil version number, added a short ChangeLog.txt entry and updated the plugin launcher version string.
