Okay, this bug has now been fixed in master. This fix will appear in the next release of Sigil which hopefully will be quite soon (in just few weeks), as we hope to do a fast follow-on release as Sigil 2.7.6 to fix bad translations pulled in from Transifex, and we will include your bug fix as well.
