Tools: Reports takes well under a minute to populate (It is not a hard copy tool). It takes more time to open the book in Sigil.

I can't fathom a job that requires checks of 100's of books a day and expect the person to spot issues other than missing images.
I touch up my PERSONAL collection. A clean (well done) book only takes me a couple of minutes.
I remove some items from the contents
I adjust the CSS margins and indent to MY liking.
I use the Calibre editor (each has features that I prefer) to manipulate images: Shrink all except Maps and charts (Those I want the fine details), rotate to match the screen shape orientation .
