your mileage may vary, but I just loaded the latest 2025.10 koreader onto a new-in-box glowlight 4 and I'm finding that the frontlight setting in the menu is directing to the OS management successfully, and the auto warmth and night mode is executing correctly. I have not tested any gesture related adjustments.
