I wanted to create a demo for reader app that im developing for eink devices and couldn't get scrcpy to work.
So, went ahead and spent some time to create - BooxStream.

It is available at https://github.com/piyushdaiya/booxstream

I have tested in on Leaf3C and NoteAir2Plus. NoteAir2Plus performance is not that great. I wanted it to work for Leaf3C, so im happy with where im.
